5 Recipes to Pamper Yourself at Home

The month of May is here and this is the month we celebrate Mothers and all they do.
As a mother myself, I have learned the importance of recharging my batteries. I know that when I feel stressed, tense, tired and uninspired, it is time to reflect and rejuvenate. I am fortunate enough to have a very considerate and loving husband that acknowledges the need for time for myself. We both know that I am both a better mother and wife when I take time to pamper myself, even if it's from the comfort of my own home.
Being a family that is always watching out for our budget, instead of spending hundreds of dollars at a Spa or Salon, I instead create my own at home spa experience using a few ingredients found at home and some easily bought online.
If you are a hardworking woman, that is in need of a little pampering, try these easy to make at home recipes. Take the Challenge for 5 days out of the month to enjoy these simple treatments that will make you feel revitalised and refreshed!
