I am the first person who's needs get moved to last place. Making the choice to do something for myself was the best decision I could have made. Since starting this fitness journey with Beachbody and becoming an online fitness coach, I am happy to report that as of today, my hard work and consistency has led to a 12lb weight loss and 13.25" less overall and down to a size 4.
I want to share with you my personal experience to inspire you to reach your own fitness goals.
As I watched my body change slowly from Spring to Summer for the worst last year, I felt powerless. I kept indulging, making bad and unhealthy choices but that was just part of the vicious cycle. The softer, flabbier and more lbs I put on, the more depressed I got, and the worse I treated my body.
Making a change that puts an end to that type of behavior takes courage and hope. But most of all you need faith. Faith comes in believing there is a solution out there to stop the cycle and get your body back. Decide you are worth believing that change is possible. Your life is too precious to let another day, month, year go by accepting the cycle.

If you want to lose weight or meet specific fitness goals, you may need to exercise more. Remember to check with your doctor before starting a new exercise program, especially if you haven't exercised for a long time, have chronic health problems, such as heart disease, diabetes or arthritis, or you have any concerns.
